    Business Development Executive

    SENCE AGRIC is looking for Business Development Executive to join their Team. The Business Development Executive responsibility includes:

    • Increasing the amount of revenue a business gains by generating more leads
    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
    • Coordinating business generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
    • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
    • Creating informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
    • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
    • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
    • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration and keeping on top of developments in the industry
    • Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing or meeting in person
    • Communicating with and informing existing clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationships
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
    • Maintaining short and long-term business development plan

    Requirements

    The ideal Candidate must have:

    • A good degree from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 1year working experience
    • A background in the agricultural industry is an added advantage. 
    • Experience with lead generation
    • Passion for contributing to the development of the business
    • Good research skill and business Intelligence
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically
    • Self motivation, resilience and innovation skill
    • Strong communication and presentation skill
