Responsible for implementing the Business Development/Commercial Process Procedure
Develop a marketing strategy for the company in line with the company's objectives.
Proactive marketing and consolidation of existing clients.
Reach out for all job adverts and prospects as may be relevant.
Coordinates all tendering and bidding activities of the company and ensures the timely submission of bids.
Obtain updated information for all the submitted pre-qualifications and tenders.
Maintain a schedule of all jobs bid, pre-qualified prospects, etc.

Participates in site inspection visits, pre-bid/tender clarification meetings, and submits reports to management
Ensures that pre-qualification documents and bids are complete and comply with the submission requirements as defined in the Invitation for Tender (ITT).
Responsible for the preparation, thorough packaging, and submission of tenders and pre-qualification (technical tender, unpriced commercial tender, and commercial tender)
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Opening up a new market spectrum for the company
Ensure client acquisition and retention at all times
Update Management on a monthly basis on business prospects.
Update management on the status of submitted tenders/bids within one month of submission
Arrange business meetings and technical presentations with prospective clients.
Attend to other duties as may be assigned by management.
To ensure that all activities are being carried out in accordance to the company’s HSE Policies and procedures.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
