The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client relationships and professional garment solutions.
This role involves client acquisition, lead generation, and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve set targets through excellent customer service.
Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with inquiries.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and process replenishments.
Accurately process sales transactions and operate the POS system.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
3-5 years of experience in sales and business development
Must have B2B Sales knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and target-driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
