    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
    • Present our company to potential clients.
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with marketing and financial data.
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

    Qualification

    • HND/BSc or equivalent experience in Marketing
    • 3 years experience in Business Development or Marketing
    • Must be goal-oriented

    Skills

    • Driving experience is key.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Hands-on experience with office equipment
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Multitasking, time-management and project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Customer service attitude.
