    Business Development Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our HR consulting services.
    • This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
    • The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR and business practices, and a passion for helping organizations succeed.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries, including lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the HR landscape.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and how our services can address them effectively.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth within the HR consulting space.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients’ needs.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
    • Work closely with Managing Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Represent the firm at meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
    • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
    • Ensure CRM is kept up-to-date at all times
    • Improve brand visibility via online and other means

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the HR consulting/staffing/recruitment industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, HR processes, and staffing services.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong network of HR professionals and decision-makers is a plu
