Business Development Executive at Merald Technology Solutions Nigeria Limited

Job Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: 

• Identify and engage potential clients in Nigeria who require Indian manpower. 
• Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across various sectors. 
• Build relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers in Nigerian companies. 

Market Research & Strategy: 

• Analyze the Nigerian market for manpower requirements and identify key opportunities. 
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, policies, and business regulations in Nigeria. 
• Develop business strategies to expand the company's presence in Nigeria. 

Client Relationship Management: 

• Act as a point of contact for Nigerian clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. 
• Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining long-term business relationships. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in recruitment or HR in Nigeria. 
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian labor market and recruitment needs. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results. 
• Existing network of HR professionals or business contacts in Nigeria is a plus.
