    Business Development Executive

    Role

    • Identify and close new B2B opportunities, manage corporate client relationships, and execute strategies aligned with revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive client acquisition and revenue growth
    • Prospect, qualify, and close deals
    • Prepare proposals and presentations
    • Manage long-term client relationships
    • Conduct market research and track pipeline
    • Represent MCC at meetings and networking events.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields
    • 1 - 2 years experience in Business Development/Sales
    • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
    • Consulting/professional services experience is an advantage
    • Strong negotiation, communication & results-driven mindset.
