Business Development Executive at Lorache Consulting Limited

Our client, a Real Estate company is recruiting to fill for the below role:

 Responsibilities 

•   Identify, engage, and bring in potential buyers/investors into the sales boot.
•    Ensure that they are comfortable while in the sales boot.
•  Submit activity reports to the PV supervisor at the end of every shift.
•   Maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders by providing support, information, and guidance when and if necessary.
•  Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s services. 
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to promote loyalty and recurring deals.

 Requirements 

• 2 years Prior experience and record of performance in similar roles.
• Minimum of OND.
• Good  understanding of market analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to Connect with HNIs in Nigeria
