Business Development Executive (Logistics) at LD&D Consulting

Job description

• The BDE will be responsible for business/market planning, market research, sales and marketing of products.
• The BDE would also be for responsible for regular conducting and analyzing market trends to determine potential customers and the most effective strategies to reach them.
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Requirements:

• Min of HND in business administration, marketing, or any other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as business development executive in general logistics, and supply chain.
• Experience in operations (marine ship to ship, clearing and Forwarding) is an added advantage.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
• Professional yet affable disposition.
• Neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Great networking skills.
