Business Development Executive at Kaizen Microfinance Bank

Job Summary

• Kaizen Microfinance Bank is seeking dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executives to drive business growth by sourcing new customers, mobilizing deposits, marketing the Bank's products and services, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the Bank's products and services.
• Mobilize deposits and achieve assigned business targets.
• Market loan products and facilitate quality loan origination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
• Comply with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the financial services industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
