Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, persuasive, and capable of delivering measurable business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a Business Development, Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in HR, outsourcing, or B2B services is a plus).
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and tact.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a commission-based structure.
Remuneration
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly plus 20% Commission.
