    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, enrolling participants into training programs, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and individuals.
    • The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can convert leads into paying clients and contribute to the overall growth of the institute.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development & Sales:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for training programs
    • Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and partnerships
    • Convert inquiries into paid enrollments (individuals and corporate clients)
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, professionals, and prospects
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
    • Follow up consistently on leads and existing clients.

    Program Promotion & Marketing Support:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to promote training programs
    • Participate in campaigns, events, and presentations to drive awareness
    • Provide feedback on market trends and client demands.

    Proposal & Presentation:

    • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
    • Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and corporate clients

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions
    • Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and revenue performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
    • 2 - 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management (training/education industry is an advantage)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
