    Business Development Executive (Enterprise & SME Sales)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team
    • This role focuses on acquiring, developing, and retaining Enterprise and SME clients by providing tailored connectivity and ICT solutions that meet their business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Enterprise and SME segments.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and revenue goals.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Customer Service, Billing, etc.) to deliver solutions.
    • Report on sales pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics regularly.
    • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM tools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecoms or ICT sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g., MPLS, fiber, VPN, dedicated internet, cloud).
