    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, increase sales, and expand market presence for the company’s Bread Improver product segment.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned regions.
    • This role is best suited for candidates with strong B2B and B2C sales experience, particularly within the flour, baking, or food manufacturing industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development & Sales Growth.
    • Customer Relationship Management.
    • Product Trials & Technical Coordination.
    • Reporting & Administration.
    • General Duties.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing / sales.
    • Prior experience in flour, baking ingredients, bread improver, or related products is compulsory.
    • Strong understanding of the bakery, food production, or FMCG market.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to travel frequently within assigned locations.
    • Flexibility to be transferred or posted anywhere in Nigeria or West Africa based on business needs.
