    Business Development & Consulting Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development & Consulting Executive to support individuals and businesses in starting, structuring, and scaling their operations.
    • The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise with advisory skills to deliver tailored solutions in business registration, HR, compliance, tech, and financial services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and onboard new clients (startups, SMEs, and corporate organizations)
    • Promote services including business registration, HR management, regulatory compliance, IT solutions, and consulting
    • Provide basic advisory support to clients on business setup and growth strategies
    • Develop and present proposals, business plans, and service packages
    • Guide clients through registration, licensing, and compliance processes
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
    • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, tech, finance) to deliver end-to-end solutions
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
    • Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
    • Maintain proper documentation of client records and transactions

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
    • 2–4 years experience in business development, consulting, or client management
    • Strong understanding of business registration processes and regulatory compliance
    • Knowledge of HR processes, finance basics, or tech solutions is an added advantage
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to advise and build trust with clients
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
