    Business Development Associate

    Job Description

    • Lead generation and negotiations with potential partners to expand the company's market reach and drive revenue growth.
    • Lead negotiations with potential partners, structuring deals that align with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Identify and evaluate opportunities for business expansion, including new market segments, products, or partnerships, and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
    • Develop and nurture leads by providing relevant information and building relationships.
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue through partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
    • Create compelling business proposals and presentations for potential partners, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of collaboration.
    • Innovation and Growth: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and growth through strategic partnerships.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years in business development and partnerships, focusing on B2B collaborations.
    • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals.
    • In-depth understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and related trends.
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative business and sales solutions.
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure sales and deals aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for compelling presentations.
    • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
    • Track record of meeting or exceeding business development and revenue targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing potential partnerships and their impact.
