Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated WoooCommerce Site Administrator to manage our online multi-vendor marketplace platform, powered by the Dokan plugin. The ideal candidate will have experience working with WordPress, WooCommerce, and other relevant plugins to maintain and optimize our marketplace for sellers and service providers. This role involves overseeing product listings, ensuring smooth transactions, managing vendor accounts, and providing technical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with WordPress and E-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-vendor marketplace plugins and tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of multi-vendor marketplace concepts and functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with vendors and customers.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in managing and administering WordPress-based ecommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with online marketplace trends and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, shipping methods, and tax settings in e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with GDPR and other regulations related to online data privacy and security.
