Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to support the growth of a cleaning company.
The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in the residential and commercial cleaning sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare proposals and presentations; negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports on progress toward targets.
Qualifications & Skills
5 years of experience as a BD in similer sector
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in service-related industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Knowledge of cleaning service operations is a plus.
Experience in the Cleaning or facility management industry is a must!
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
