Job Purpose

The successful candidates will support the sales teams with KPI tracking, insights on shopper, customer and competition and effectively run customer loyalty program/ Sales Incentive Program.

• Customer Management (Distributor/Wholesaler Loyalty)

Requirements

• University degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Strong understanding of modern retail and General trade operations
• Good experience in analytics
• English language proficiency; written and spoken
• Strong commercial acumen
• Ability to own and lead projects interfacing with cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Strong in Excel and other analytical tools
• Proactive, result-driven, team player and passionate about success
