Salary Expectation: N125,000 per month (Excluding performance bonuses)

Role Requirements

Experience

2 – 4 years experiences as a Business Analyst or Management Consultants in a Training / Consulting Firm

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (second class upper minimum)
• Professional certification (preferable) – Project Management Professionals (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Agile / Scrum

Age

Below 28 years old

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers, developers, business users to formalize a business idea and define requirements.
• Develop workshops / trainings and facilitate workshops / trainings and support knowledge transfer.
• Identify, research, define and document user problems and automate manual business processes.
• Develop business requirements and process workflows.
• Actively solicit, analyze, prioritize and negotiate customer requirements from scope definition through detailed system requirements.
• Identify and document business rules and create detailed use cases.
• Act as a project manager/business analyst for internal / client projects.
