• We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in process automation and Six Sigma methodologies to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Additionally, the candidate will leverage Six Sigma principles to ensure efficiency and quality throughout project lifecycles.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Design and implement process automation solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Utilise Six Sigma methodologies to measure performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis, process automation, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and optimization.
• Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and methodologies, with relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt).
• Proficiency in process modelling and automation tools (e.g., BPMN, RPA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Agile or Lean methodologies is a plus.
