The Business Analyst Manager will lead a team of analysts to deliver insights, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and retail industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts.
Translate business goals into actionable analysis and initiatives.
Oversee requirements gathering, process improvement, and reporting.
Drive data-driven insights using analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Partner with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years’ business analysis experience, with 3+ years in management.
Strong experience in retail, data analytics, and process optimization.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP) are an advantage.
