Builder / In-House Construction Carpenter

Location: Umuahia, Abia

Job Description
- The ideal candidate, would be someone who has additional skills such as masonry, plumbing or general contracting experience.
- The person should also be able to supervise and oversee general contracting projects
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Secondary Education with some trade school training in related field.
- 2 years minimum experience managing construction projects.
- Must be able to demonstrate practical experience in carpentry and construction.
- Ability to erect structures and support the maintenance of existing structures.
- Ability to accurately cost projects.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
