Brewing Machine Specialist at International Breweries

• The key purpose of this role is to maintain equipment in new condition, assuring reliable performance to standard through inspections and corrective actions to restore equipment back to inherent condition, problem solving to address root cause of failures and loop closure and provide input into the ZBB maintenance budget. 
• Coaches' operators in the correct way to operate equipment and perform autonomous operations. 
• Typically assigned to quality impact machines like centrifuges', quality checks are carried out and deviations to standard acted on.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum NTC/ N6 Technikon qualification
• National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) will be an advantage
• Trade test qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Millwright
• Minimum 3 - 5 years in a packaging bottling production environment
• 1-3 Years technical mechanical/electrical and brewing/bottling experience in a leadership capacity in a FMCG environment.
