Main Accountabilities

• Ordering bakery items using electronic ordering devices
• Delegating tasks on a daily basis Baking of Bread
• Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures/ensuring food safety standards are met
• Maintaining extensive knowledge of baking techniques and bakery products
• Presenting specialty cakes
• Ensuring bakery product quality through quality control
• Ensure adequate product quantity
• Presenting baked goods
• Maintaining proof boxes
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 5 years experience.
