Branding Expert at Flip Digital Technologies

We need a branding expert with the experience in Fintech. This individual must have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.

Responsibilities include:

• Technical management of the brand design

• Development of brand identity, based on the corporate and brand strategy

• Holistic management of the complete brand identity (verbal, visual, auditory, and behavioral)

• Close interaction with the Communications team in terms of topic relevance and consistency in the use of brand language

• Further development of the brand strategy for the entire group, with a strong focus on digital communication channels and social media activities

• Development of brand training, training formats, and documents with a solid reference for corporate culture, brand-appropriate behavior, and employer branding

• Development of brand architecture

• Further development of stringent brand governance

• Support in the development of a B2C marketing strategy based on the corporate strategy and derived from the brand and marketing mix

• Maintenance and further development of the B. Braun brand platform (www.bbraun-brand.com)

Technical skills required include:

• Several years of professional experience in communications or marketing

• Experience in Web3 branding is essential

• Experience in team and organizational development

• Good understanding of design and visual media

• Excellent knowledge of digital communication channels and their trends

• Knowledge of website usage and user experience

• Experience with brand communication and the creation of communication campaigns
