    Brand Manager

    Our client, a thriving garment design and manufacturing business located at the Isolo industrial complex is looking to hire for the following role:

    We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will be tasked with the responsibility of building broadscale awareness for the organizations profile, particularly among individuals and corporate entities that require the company’s services.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead Brand strategy planning and coordination.
    • Take brand ownership and translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies to ensure improved market share and profitable growth.
    • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
    • Lead Advertising and promotions development, execution and management.
    • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action” and commence or increase business volume with the company.
    • Lead Media and events planning and management to ensure consistency with brand strategy.
    • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Lead Market research planning and analysis.
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
    • Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
    • Train entry level marketing staff in brand fundamentals and marketing operations
    • Monitor product penetration and customer reactions.
    • Maintain contact with customers to get critical input on how product range can be improved to boost sales.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • A degree or an MBA in business management or marketing is desirable
    • Marketing background or work experience managing brands. At least 4-5 years.
    • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix with proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
    • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
    • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
    • Must have ability to work long hours and juggle multiple deadlines
    • Must have good organizational skills and a meticulous nature.
    • Must have ability to manage multiple projects or product lines.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office software.
