    Brand and Content Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • To deliver business goals and objectives tied Objectives and Key Results set by the Executive team
    • Define the brand positioning, tonality, values and ensure consistency of brand across all platforms.
    • Build and execute a cohesive social media strategy that creates engagement in the financial sector and execute the social media calendar
    • Be responsible for all user-facing content - across our channels from Blog to in-app shorts
    • Work closely with the Marketing Team to design, track and evaluate performance metrics for Content
    • Planning, implementing and measuring all content-related activities across different channels
    • Leading the design and delivery of our content strategy, roadmap and schedule
    • Day-to-day content management across website, blog, FAQs, emails, etc
    • Optimize all content for SEO and Social Media algorithms
    • Working closely with product team to effectively plan and communicate updates / new features
    • Creation of stand-out, useful and uniquely Oodle content for our customers (blogs, white papers, infographics, video)
    • Working with comms / social media manager to create first-class content that grows our brand awareness and reputation
    • Supporting our customer facing functions to improve and enhance existing customer journeys
    • Management and collaboration with agency partners / freelancers as required
    • Analyze and report on success of content initiatives; with a focus ongoing improvement

    • Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO
    • Sound business case development and approvals skills

    Ideal Requirement or Skills:

    • Must have experience writing content
    • Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must have empathy for users, and a knack for storytelling
    • Ideal candidate must have atleast 2years work experience as a Brand & Content Manager or related work experience in the fintech space or related sector.
