The Branch Service Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for superior service delivery at the branch, coordinate branch operations and processes.
He/She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing customer service activities, supervising branch staff, and ensuring operational efficiency.
