Job Description
- A graduate with about 2 years working experience in an organisation as a BM
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Knowledge in loan drive and in MFI settings generally
- Development strategist and and a team leader
- Training and development of loan officers under your supervision
- Ability to deliver efficiently and in accurate details
