Job Description

• Monitor anomalies in transaction posting in the instafin software
• Ensure accurate disbursement system documentation in branches disbursements
• Daily support of branch in issues arising from the use on instafin in processing data
• Ensure all electronic and computer equipment needed by the branches are in tack and ok all the time
• Immediate response in rectifying system transaction delay in branches
• Support of all application in use in all department
• Generate all required reports for audit of transaction entries
• Monitor all F.O daily entries, instalments, savings collection, cash security, registration fees, etc.
• Working hand in hand with audit to evaluate various system controls.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Constant Mobilization of Clients to meet with set target.
• Sensitize and educate clients on various loan products of VEC
• Market loans within VEC agreed/approved limits and at recommended locations
• Adequate Verification of all client’s/client guarantors
• Compliance to all the Centre’s credit policies.
