Location: Imeko, Ogun State

A Reputable Microfinance Bank We are seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, business development, and staff performance at a leading microfinance bank located in Imeko, Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets.
• Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of microfinance operations and regulatory requirements.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Imeko, Ogun State.
