Branch Manager at Resource Intermediaries Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Manager to join our dynamic team in Oke-bola, Ibadan. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales staff, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports on sales, inventory, and branch performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
