Job description

• A branch manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, sales and customer service at a specific branch.
• They manage staff, ensure the branch meets its financial targets, handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Additionally they are involved in marketing company's products, attract new customers and also retain existing ones.
• This role is opened to Applicants who have experience as a supervisor in a microfinance bank or an applicant who is currently working as a branch manager in a microfinance bank.
