Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, alert, and physically fit Bouncer to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and property.
• The successful candidate will control access to the premises, monitor guest behavior, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with venue policies while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Control entry and exit of guests and verify eligibility for admission.
• Maintain order within the venue and respond promptly to disturbances.
• De-escalate conflicts professionally and remove disruptive individuals when necessary.
• Conduct routine security checks and monitor for suspicious activities.
• Enforce venue rules, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Work closely with management and security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare incident reports and document security-related events.
• Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or other safety situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a bouncer, security officer, or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
