Workflow & Automation Development
- Design, build, and maintain business process workflows using platforms like Process Maker or similar
- Translating business requirements into technical automation logic
- Optimize existing workflows for performance and scalability
System Integration & Support
- Integrate automation workflows with internal and third-party systems via APIs
- Troubleshoot automation issues and provide technical support for workflow solutions
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with Business Analysts and QA to ensure workflow accuracy
- Document workflow logic and maintain version control of automation assets
