Job Description
L2:

• Routine network analysis, including Best/worst/sleeping cell analysis, resolution and tracking; VSWR tracking;
• Service provisioning;
• Manage BSC in region and L2 Operations support
• Change management and support operations, such as migration, and expansion;
• Routine maintenance task, such as license check and distribution.
• Customer engagement;
• Spares management;
• Project support;
• ATP.

L3:

• Network redundancy management;
• Network redesign;
• Capacity provisioning and expansion;
• CR MOP design and review;
• L3 fault management;
• Quality assurance;
• Support project re-homming and configuration

Skills Set

• RAN E// Product > L2/L3

Experience:

• Highly experienced in network products
• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field
• Relevant training or Certifications in a related field is an added advantage
• Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative

Knowledge:

• NOC process(incident handling process/CR/PT,) network products knowledge.
