Role Overview

A reputable global beauty brand seeks to hire an experienced sales resource. The Beauty Channel Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting new sales channels, top line beauty channel management and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Execute and manage expansion strategy across all retail outlets in line with the organization’s goals and strategy to exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain active relationship trade partners geared at sustainable expansion.
• Work closely with the Strategy and Marketing department to ensure consistency in the look and feel of sales collateral materials, packages and proposals, etc.

Qualification, Skills & Experience Required

• HND/BSc degree in sales/marketing/business administration
• Ability to interact with decision makers across all organizational levels.
• Strong formal/informal presentation skills
• Eloquent and smooth communicator
• Good MS office skills
