About the Role

• We are looking for a highly skilled Beader and Embellishment Artisan with expertise in hand embroidery, beadwork, and intricate embellishment techniques for luxury womenswear. This role requires precision, artistry, and experience working on couture gowns and statement fashion pieces.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-sew intricate beadwork, sequins, pearls, crystals, and embroidery onto luxury garments.
• Develop or execute beading and embellishment patterns according to designer specifications.
• Handle delicate fabrics with extreme precision to prevent damage.
• Ensure uniformity and consistency in beadwork across multiple garments.
• Work with tailors, designers, and pattern makers to align beading techniques with garment construction.
• Innovate new embroidery and beading techniques to enhance luxury craftsmanship.
• Manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines while maintaining couture-level quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury beadwork and embroidery.
• Highly skilled in hand-sewing techniques for precise bead placement.
• Able to work with various materials (crystals, pearls, sequins, metallic threads).
• Strong artistic eye with the ability to enhance designs through embellishment.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining couture-level detail.
• Bonus: Experience with tambour beading or machine-assisted embroidery.
• Portfolio required: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing past embroidery and embellishment work.
