Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Supervise, train, and support bar staff to maintain high service standards and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate timely replenishment of bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adherence to legal drinking age requirements.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with management to develop drink menus, promotions, and upselling strategies.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of bar equipment and tools.
• Uphold the brand’s service standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
