Bartender at Black Hill

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic team at our Restolounge in Ikate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a memorable guest experience, a strong knowledge of beverages, and excellent communication skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring the bar area is clean and well-stocked, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all beverages are served in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, glassware, and inventory storage.
• Check customers’ identification to verify legal drinking age.
• Take drink orders and serve them promptly to guests, ensuring the accuracy of orders.
• Process payments for drinks and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when necessary in a responsible and professional manner.
• Assist in creating and suggesting drink specials and promotions to increase sales.
• Replenish bar supplies and maintain an inventory of stock, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restolounge and a high-quality guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a polite, timely, and professional manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
