Job Brief
We are looking to hire a female bartender who can barista and deliver exceptional service to our guests. The ideal fit is one who is customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure the operations of the bar runs smoothly and efficiently
Oversee food and beverage preparations as well as prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks when necessary.
Assess customers' needs and preferences in order to make recommendations
Plan and present the menu
Mix ingredients and prep garnishes to prepare drinks on the menu.
Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages in line with the menu
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Submit daily inventory in line with the standard operating procedure of the bar
Perform cash-up procedures after every shift
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Maintain food safety and health safety to meet legal and company requirements
Staying up-to-date with trends in the industry and suggesting ways to improve service delivery

What we are looking out for
SSCE
A minimum of 2 years work experience as a bartender/barista
Must be able to barista
Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
Flexible work hours
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills.
Female candidate is preferred
Must live within the Island
