Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mock tails, wines, beers, and other drinks.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests.
• Take and process beverage orders accurately.
• Maintain excellent bar cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
• Monitor beverage stock and minimize wastage and breakages.
• Handle guest bills, cash, and POS transactions accurately where applicable.
• Ensure beverages are prepared according to approved recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with bar setup, closing procedures, and special events.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Comply with hotel policies, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO, OND or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barman/Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good grooming, personal hygiene, and professional appearance.
• Honest, responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and special events.
