Barista / Mixologist at E'sorae Luxury

About the Role

• We are seeking a talented, creative, and customer-focused Mixologist & Barista to join our team.
• This role requires someone who can confidently prepare high-quality cocktails, mocktails, coffee beverages, and specialty drinks while delivering top-notch customer service in a vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities
Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain coffee machines, grinders, and bar equipment.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Ensure bar station cleanliness, stock levels, and hygiene standards.

Mixologist Duties:

• Create, mix, and serve cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.
• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal menus.
• Present drinks attractively and consistently.
• Ensure responsible beverage service and follow alcohol service policies (if applicable).

General Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle customer feedback politely and resolve minor issues.
• Manage inventory of beverages, syrups, fruits, and bar supplies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista and/or Mixologist is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Creativity and the ability to craft unique beverages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work during peak hours and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
