Bar Man at Limewood Villa Hotel

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Ensure glasses, utensils, and bar equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Process customer orders accurately and handle payments when required.
• Check customer identification where necessary and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in creating new drink menus and promotions when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barman/bartender is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Smart appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of SSCE qualification or equivalent preferred.
