• Our client, a thriving establishment in the hospitality industry, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Bar Attendants. Located in the vibrant city of Port Harcourt, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a bustling bar environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to bar guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies, and recording inventory transactions.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Engage with customers to promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the bar area.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality, and willingness to learn.
• Resides in Port Harcourt.
