Job Summary

• Our client, an international commercial bank, is seeking results-driven sales professionals within the financial sector to join its dynamic team.
• The role involves driving sales of financial products and services, meeting set targets, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the bank’s financial products, including accounts, loans, and digital services
• Identify and onboard new customers through proactive marketing and networking
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
• Represent the bank professionally in all customer interactions

Person Specifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years’ experience in banking or financial sales
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work independently and in different locations across Nigeria.
