    • Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic professional to fill the role of Head, Business Operations.
    • The successful candidate will provide leadership across key operational functions including accounts, HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), administration, IT, and supply chain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leading strategic planning and resource allocation across all business support functions.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to join its Production team as a Quality Control Associate. This role serves as the final checkpoint in the production process, ensuring that all garments meet the company’s quality standards.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement in production quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting thorough inspections of garments at various stages of production, assessing stitching, finishing, sizing, and overall construction.
    • Identifying and reporting defects such as fabric damage, uneven dye patterns, incorrect trims, poor workmanship, or missing labels.
    • Monitoring dyed fabrics to ensure consistency with approved colour and pattern standards.
