Job Description

• We are looking for a Baker to produce high-quality breads and pastries for our restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will follow recipes, ensure consistent product quality, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work efficiently to meet daily production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, and knead ingredients accurately.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Decorate pastries and bread as required.
• Ensure the bakery section is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and inform management of stock needs.
• Assist in training junior bakers or kitchen staff if needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker, preferably in both bread and pastry production.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Team player with good communication skills.
