Bakers Assistant at Gourmet Twist

Job Description

• Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes provided by the head baker.
• Assisting with the baking of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Operating bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bakery surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Washing and storing baking dishes, pans, and other utensils.
• Assisting with the receiving, storage, and organization of bakery supplies and ingredients.
• Assisting with the packaging and labeling of finished baked goods.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning spills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 - 3 years work experience.
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage
